This study investigates the inaccurqacies manifested in the trnaslation of dental terms from English ijnto Arabic by Palestinian dentists. It underscores the fact that the transaltion of dental terms is part and parcel of technical translation. it accounts for the major causes and provides an adeqaute solution for such inaccuracies.
