This article investigates the transfer of commutative J-clean and weakly J-clean properties in several cases of bi-amalgamations. The main results recover previous results that concern with amalgamations and trivial extensions of these rings, also, they are used to provide new examples as well as counterexamples of J-clean and weakly J-clean rings arise as bi-amalgamations.
