Objectives: This study aimed to assess the level of administrative wisdom among principals of public secondary schools in the northern governorates of Palestine, as perceived by both principals and teachers. Additionally, the research aimed to identify potential differences in ratings among sample members based on gender, current job position, and the interaction between these variables. Methods: The researchers employed a descriptive approach and utilized a questionnaire on administrative wisdom, administered to a sample of (189) principals and (1992) teachers. Results: The study's findings revealed a high degree of administrative wisdom among principals of public secondary schools in the northern governorates of Palestine, as rated by both principals and teachers across all domains and total scores. Furthermore, there was a significant difference (α ≤ 0.05) in thetotal score of administrative wisdom between principals and teachers, favoring principals. However, no significant differences were observed based on gender.
