The content of this course is usually decided by the individual teacher with reference to student's taking the course. teachers usually assign topics in english language and they try to exhaust all areas of research related to that topic. as this course takes the format of seminar students participation is essential in class presentation.

Course Objectives – Seminar in English Language Studies

The course aims to:

1. Develop students’ understanding of current research topics and issues in English language studies.

2. Enhance students’ abilities to conduct comprehensive reading and analysis of research literature related to selected topics.

3. Develop students’ skills in presenting, discussing, and critically evaluating research findings.

4. Encourage active participation, academic dialogue, and knowledge exchange through seminar-based learning.

5. Enable students to explore diverse areas of English language research and develop independent inquiry skills.
