Eng. Saeed Bahjat Dwaikat from Nablus Governorate, Date of birth 01/01/1976 Received a certificate of secondary school from the Kadri Toukan secondary school in 1994 with a distinction (average 91.5).

He finished his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from An-Najah National University in 1999 with a very good grade (average 81.2).

Eng. Saeed worked in the industrial secondary schools in the electricity laboratories in the period between1999-2003. He then moved to An-Najah National University to work in the electrical engineering labs from 2003, and he is still at work until these days.

After graduating from the university, Eng. Saeed participated in several training courses in the field of civil defense, first aid and how to deal with the trainee students in addition to training courses on the modern laboratory equipment which was recently supplied to the electrical engineering labs. Italy for two training sessions in 2010 and 2012, as well as training on the devices of the electronic power laboratory in 2015 in the  producing company in Canada and training on the electrical transformers devices of the electrical machinery laboratory in 2017 in the producing company in German. He has contributed to the preparation of laboratory test books and working on the development of these experiments based on what has been developed from laboratories
