Amnah barq is an academic staff member at the counseling and psychology department  at An-Najah National university . She obtained her MSc in guidance and educational psycology from SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY, USA . 
She teaches several courses in psychology and educational psychology. In addition to her academic work, she is an active member of several associations which empowers females and children of special needs in Palestine. She is a member of board of directors at Family defense association, Sanad association and mother guidance and childcare association.
