Dr. Mohammad Abu Omar holds a PhD with honors in Information Systems from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology in Malaysia, a Master's degree in Scientific Computing from Birzeit University in Palestine, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Al-Quds University in Jerusalem-Abu Dies, Palestine.

Dr. Abu Omar began his academic career in 2008, teaching at several Palestinian universities in the fields of Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Business Intelligence (BI).

Dr. Abu Omar developed a new theory that provides an innovative classification of management problems in the business sector, as well as new methods for designing efficient and fast Management Information Systems (MIS). These contributions were published in his peer-reviewed book:

Also, has a record of peer-reviewed research published in prestigious conferences and journals.

Dr. Abu Omar also serves as a scientific reviewer and a member of the editorial board for numerous peer-reviewed journals and conferences, including those in the United States, the United Kingdom, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Japan, Malaysia, the UAE, Jordan, and Palestine.

Additionally, he serves as an examiner for many graduate theses in the fields of IT, information Systems, and Artificial Intelligence.

Beyond his academic work, Dr. Abu Omar is frequently invited as an expert guest on various satellite TV channels to discuss emerging issues in the fields of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence.

Dr. Abu Omar's research interests focus on data analytics, Big Data management, and the application of AI and Machine Learning (ML) techniques and algorithms to address management problems in the business sector through the design of smart and fast systems.

Currently, Dr. Abu Omar serves as an Assistant Professor in the Business Intelligence (BI) Department at the Faculty of Business and Communication at An-Najah National University in Palestine, where he continues his academic and professional journey, providing innovative solutions using AI and ML systems to contribute to the development of the business sector and address its challenges.
