I am a hardworking, quick learning and very motivated industrial and systems engineer who loves to compete, succeed, and touch great results.

I have a solid experience in quality management, customer experience management and business development in many fields. Basically: Telecommunications, education, healthcare and consultancy.

Currently, I work as a Quality Assurance Executive Engineer at An-Najah National University in Palestine. Before that, I was a quality administrator in Paltel Telecommunications Company. Moreover, I work as a freelancer consultant specialized in business development. 

Besides graduating as a first-ranked industrial engineer with the highest GPA, I finished an intensive course in Business and Entrepreneurship in Kelley School of Business - Indiana University in the USA and led a team to have one of the Top 10 projects in the field of developing feasibility studies and business plans.
