Dr. Said Yousef Dwikat is an experienced professional with over 20 years in executive and operations management, technical assistance, capacity building, project management, and research and lecturing. He has held leadership roles at PADICO Holding, SANAD at the Palestine Investment Fund, and served on the boards of PIAFZA, Jericho Agro-Industrial Park, and Gaza Industrial Estates. He was also a key member in developing the strategy for the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy and Ministry of Industry.

Dr. Dwikat has collaborated with key stakeholders, including the Palestinian Ministry of Industry, Palestinian Federations of Industries, the World Bank Group, GIZ, and UNIDO. His research focuses on strategic planning, business innovation, human capital, and sustainable performance of industrial SMEs in Palestine. He holds a Ph.D. from Universiti Utara Malaysia, an MBA from Al-Quds University, and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University.

An accredited Excellence Validator by EFQM and Lead Auditor for ISO standards, Dr. Dwikat serves as the UNIDO National Coordinator in Palestine for the regional projects: MED TEST III and Green Forward Industry projects.
