Abstract: Legal Supervision in the Islamic Palestinian Banks has its own special reality considering the conditions our country is going through. These conditions that are based on what legal supervision authorizes in regards of prevention and measures needed to achieve the Islamic bank goals according to the principles of Islamic Law. This research aims at revealing the reality of legal supervision in the Islamic Palestinian banks. So far this study has concluded that the legal supervision in the Islamic Palestinian banks is facing many problems such as lacking legal and banking qualifications at the same time, interference of board of directors in the legal supervision's committees work or minimizing its duties and there is no matching between the committees reports and the principles of the Islamic law. This could be clarified through the conflict in the annual legal reports.  In addition, comes the absence of an internal legal supervisor with high professional qualifications able to carry necessary inspection. If this supervisor exists, he's considered as an owed object instead of being included within the team in order to achieve the goals of Islamic banking. The result is weak scientific, legal and banking aspects on one hand and fast human resources that choose to work in the field of Islamic banking which would be reflected on improvement in the Islamic banks and profit as well as lost in the criteria of success.
