A Meta-Analytic for the Relationship between Personality Traits and Marital Adjustment

This article presents a meta-analysis of the relationship between complementarity birth order and marital adjustment. The quantitative review of 21 studies from 14 articles, 3 thesis and 4 dissertations. Summary analysis provided not support the Toman's assumptions very well, that there is a weak relationship between complementarity birth order and marital adjustment, the correlation coefficient after all procedures of correction was (0.06).
