This study has shown the interpretive and doctrinal approach and the rules followed by Al-Kia Harasi in his interpretation of surah Al-Nour in his book, Quran Provisions. Also, it has shown how much endorsed and agreeable he was to El Shafei, his Imam's Doctrine. Moreover, it has shown How did Al-Kia Harasi sometimes disagree with El Shafei's opinion and endorsed his dissenting opinion on some issues following his most likely proof that confirms impartiality and scientific objectivity.
