This study aims at identifying the propaganda techniques used by the leaders of the Israeli occupation in their discourses towards normalization with the Arab countires, identifying the used terms, and showing the underlying meanings they carry, and their role in influencing Arab and Palestinian public opinion. The ‘survey studies’ approach has been adopted. The researchers used unity of idea and the unity of personality in analyzing the content. The study included all the speeches of the Israeli occupation leaders since the signing of normalization agreements with UAE and Bahrain under the name of "Abraham Accords" on 13/8/2020 until 24/10/2021. It concluded that the leaders of the Israeli occupation are trying to control the destinies of the Arab peoples and woo their emotions by inciting and fragmenting public opinion in support of the Palestinian cause through propaganda techniques, such as glamorous generalities, creating collective preparedness and inclusion, among other techniques dealt with in the research. They also work to mobilize the support of the Israeli public opinion towards the need to continue these decisions on normalization, in exchange for developing several solutions and facilities for them to reduce the burden of travel, solve the problem of the cost of living, and provide them with security.
