This study addressed the issue of divine laws related to the political aspect of the renaissance and elevation of nations, through the interpretation of Al-Manar by Sheikh Muhammad Rashid Rida - may God have mercy on him - where the deteriorating reality of the nation, and how to restore its glory and elevation, were the most prominent concerns of the sheikh and his teacher, Imam Muhammad Abduh - may God have mercy on them - and when it was The political system and good governance have the most prominent role in achieving the nation’s pride and prosperity. The study showed how the interpretation of Al-Manar highlighted and explained the divine rules and laws related to this aspect and leading to the renaissance of the nation, as it talked about the laws related to the ruler and the people of the solution and the contract, and the importance of consultation, justice and honesty in the system of government.

The study concludes with several findings, notably that despotic rulership is one of the most dangerous norms leading to the downfall of nations. Despotic rule fosters political corruption, mismanagement, nepotism, false patronage, and hypocrisy among those in power, accelerating the nation's decline and making it vulnerable to its enemies.
