This study titled “What Is Measurement Is Performing a Jurisprudential Study” came in an introduction, two studies, and a conclusion that included the most important findings and recommendations. In the first section, it dealt with the concept of measurement, its importance and pillars, and the most correct of what was said in it are three definitions: the definition of al-Baidawi in the curriculum, Ibn al-Hajeb in his summary, and Ibn al-Sabki In the collection of mosques, and the difference in it is verbal, and in the second topic I talked about the authority of analogy and what is being measured in it, and she preferred the public saying that it is an argument and one of the principles of Islamic legislation, and that it takes place in both the limits and atonements, substitution and capabilities and the provisions of some acts of worship, licenses, and languages, And mentalities, and it does not take place in all the provisions, or the normal and moral matters, or which are not intended to work, and it does not take place in the barriers, causes and conditions.
