The researcher wants from his research to show the action of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Aleah be upon him) and his dealings with infidels and countries; but it is the result of understanding, awareness and genius of a prophet who came to right the truth and nullify falsehood, and this treatment was not just events listed in biographies, but has its historical depth in the construction of states and the spread of Islam, so this research came to confirm that the Hayabusa peace is not just a historical event, but a constitution for leaders and soldiers in the state industry and internal construction, dealing with the external enemy in peace and war . Thus, the research entitled the reconciliation of Hayabusa came up with a model in international relations, and the research was divided into three main research and under each research several demands. The first topic is an introduction to international relations in Islam and consists of four demands, the first requirement is an introduction and an overview in the history of international relations, the second requirement is the universality of Islam and its humanity in international relations, the third requirement is the approach of Islam in peace and war, and the fourth requirement is the motivation to fight in Islam. The first requirement: an introduction to understanding the Hayabusa peace, the second requirement: Hayabusa and international politics, the third requirement: Hayabusa and the exaltation of the Kaaba and the sanctities of Allah, the fourth requirement: Hayabusa and the principle of negotiation and dialogue, the fifth requirement: Hayabusa and the principle of reconciliation and Alliance, the third topic: the purposes of Hayabusa according to the jurisprudence of international treaties and agreements and consists of four demands, the first requirement: the purposes of Sharia in the jurisprudence of treaties and agreements, the the second demand: the purposes of Surabaya and the recognition of the Islamic State internationally, the third demand: the purposes of the truce between countries in the light of Surabaya, and the fourth demand: the purposes of shura in the light of the peace of Surabaya . The research has concluded the most important results : 1. .1Islam is a way of life, encompassing all aspects of social, religious, economic and military life, valid for every command and place . 2. .2A statement of how the Prophet (peace and blessings of Aleah be upon him) was able to change an entire generation with his morals, qualities, Customs and traditions, and create a unique generation . 3 3. .3It is patience over the hardships of advocacy in crises that creates victories and empowerment in the land, because it is one of the factors of difference . 4. .4It is good to listen to the commander, even if the soldier's mind is lost in ambiguous matters, it is necessary to be careful before accusing the commander of cowardice . 5. .5Achieving goals may not be early, it may take a long time, and they may not be achieved 6. .6Islam is a religion of peace and a religion of mercy, and this is shown in the Prophet (peace and blessings of Aleah be upon Him) ' s dealings with the Kufr Quraysh . 7. .7Political tactics and leadership need a man who understands the jurisprudence of finance like the Prophet (peace and blessings of Aleah be upon him) when he returned from Surabaya . 8. .8Islam preserves the covenants and covenants, and works to open up to the countries of the internal and external world, with the aim of spreading Islam . 9. .9The principle of Shura is one of the purposes of Islamic law, which came to show its importance .
