The study attempts to find out the systematic questions in the mu'allaqat of Imru’ al-Qais and Amr ibn Kulthum, relying on a number of theories, perhaps the most important of which are cultural, post-colonial, and hegemonic studies, whether political or masculine.

The study follows the approach of cultural and systematic theory that focuses on the text’s systemic boundaries rather than the linguistic and literary boundaries.

The study concludes that Imru' al-Qais and Amr can re-read their poetry in terms of their being political, no matter how different their poetic purposes may be, based on their influence on their cultural and political environment, it concludes by presenting a model or example of the dominant politician practicing the right to speech and memory.
