The study sought to determine the effectiveness of public relations’ use of social networks in empowering and promoting the Palestinian culture and strengthening its assets in international forums by analyzing the posts (Facebook page of the Palestinian Ministry of Culture – as a case study), as its importance emerged in revealing the importance of public relations and its modern methods, represented by relying on social networks (Facebook) in empowering the Palestinian culture in international forums. The researcher used Mixed methodology, where she relied on the tools of content analysis and interview to answer the study questions and achieve the desired objectives, and analyzed the publications of the Palestinian Ministry of Culture through the Facebook platform (473) posts during the specified period (1/6/2022 to 27/4/2023), which is considered the beginning of the events of the Palestinian resistance inside the Palestinian West Bank, and the theory of dialogic communication was employed in this study.
