The study aimed to identify the extent to which SCM contributes to improving the competitive advantage and performance of listed industrial companies in the Palestine Stock Exchange. The research focuses on the impact of improving efficiency in SCM, such as reducing costs and improving quality, on the company’s competitiveness and increasing its market share. The study contributes to providing effective solutions to improve efficiency and competitiveness through innovative SCM strategies, which enhances corporate sustainability and customer satisfaction. The study is original in that it highlights the relationship between SCM and increasing market share, which adds a new dimension to research. The study targeted 329 participants working in 11 listed industrial companies in the Palestine Stock Exchange, using random samples to assess the impact of SCM on performance and competitive advantage and was considered suitable for statistical analysis using the Smart-PLS4 program. This study showed that SCM is positively related to improving competitive advantage and company performance, which enhances product quality, reduces costs, and increases customer satisfaction and loyalty, which improves the position of companies in the market. The researcher recommends adopting effective SCM strategies in industrial companies to boost competitiveness and performance efficiency. Emphasizing modern technology, product innovation, and long-term partnerships with suppliers and customers will ensure sustainability and adaptability to market changes.
