Objective: The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of public relations of the Palestinian Investment Fund in increasing investor attraction from their perspective. Methods: A descriptive survey methodology was adopted using a questionnaire as the study tool, which involved a comprehensive survey of the questionnaire targeting investors in the Palestinian Investment Fund, involving (98) respondents. Results: The results showed a deficiency in the extent of reliance on public relations for a strategic communication plan that fits the requirements of increasing investor attraction, with an average of (3.25), despite the presence of a professional public relations staff at the agency. It was also found that there is a deficiency in the employment of modern and traditional communication methods by public relations to attract investors, with an average of (3.29). Moreover, it was evident that public relations rely on diverse strategies to employ them in attracting investors to stimulate the Palestinian economic cycle, with an average of (3.55). The results also indicated that public relations face numerous obstacles represented in politica and economic conditions that hinder their ability to perform their role in line with the aspirations of increasing investor attraction, with an overall average of (3.33).
