The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of training program significant of physical fitness development on motor sensory perception of female physical education major at An-Najah National University. The sample of the study consisted of (16) subject and they were pre and post tested in the sensory of (grip strength, time and distance). The results revealed a significant effect of the proposed program of physical fitness on the development in motor sensory perception in all variables. Also the result revealed a reduction of assessment error of these variables. Based on the study finding the researchers recommended to use the proposed training program for developing motor sensory perception of female physical education majors before learning motor skills.
