In the crystal structure of the title compound, C₁₇H₁₂Cl₂N₂O₂, the pyrazole ring makes dihedral angles of 65.0 (2) and 43.9 (2)° with the di­chloro­phenyl and phenyl rings, respectively. The dihedral angle between the chloro­phenyl and phenyl rings is 59.1 (2)°. In the crystal, the molecules are linked by C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and weak C—Cl⋯π and C—H⋯π inter­actions, generating a three-dimensional network.
