Nano film electrodes with 18% solar energy conversion efficiency

Thin film electrodes of MX( M = Cd, Cu; X = S, Se, Te) have been prepared and modified. The film conversion efficiency has now reached 18% in these labs. This value is much higher than reported values in literatures. Details of results and discussions will be presented.
