This study which is titled " The Company of Dignitaries from a Jurisprudential and legal Perspectives". We discussed the concept of company in general and the definition of dignitaries company and its characteristics, the most important of which is that it is a company without capital from the partners. Also the researchers talked about the legality of the company and pointed out the responsibilities of the partner concerning his duties and rights. In addition to that the researchers discussed the distribution of profits and losses. After that the study concluded with a number of results such as the legality of the company and the distribution of profits according to the share of each partner in the capital. Moreover, it was pinpointed that loss is proportionate to the share of each partner. Finally, the company closes down for a number of reasons: the death of one of the partners or the company going out of business.
