There were identified the most significant kinematic parameters of the technique of the performance of the jump up throws by players in handball depending on the ball flight speed based on the data received in the study. The maximum horizontal parameters and vertical joint speed of the hand, the performance of the final acceleration of the ball, the maximum value of the horizontal and vertical speed of the knee joint under performance of swing leg became the informative indicators defining the technical skills in the throws. Extension of hip and knee joints in the transition from amortization to take-off were the main factors, determining the effectiveness of take-off when performed the jump up throw.
