Miss Rasha Hani Shakhshir was born in Amman – Jordan. She has two daughters. She holds a Master Degree in (Inclusive Education) from Bolton University/ United Kingdom  and PhD in Incluisve and special education from University of Dundee/United Kingdom. She held administrative position in An Najah Child Institute (institute the provides diagnose, rehabilitation and inclusive based education approach for children with special needs), the Montessori Department between (2015-2016).

She works as professor assistant at An Najah National University, Educational Sciences Faculty and Teacher Preparation, since 2015. She is a member of (ERADAH) feminist movement active in Nablus, which supports women rights and defender of its ethos. Her major interests concerned in inclusive and special education and its role in university, schools and community organizations.she also holds several diploma degrees in Montessoeri Methods of Education.
