2021 can be considered a year of political instability in Palestine, especially in terms of the
endeavour to rebuild Palestinian democracy. Thus, this year report focuses on the call for general
elections, executive interference in the judiciary and a constitutional case that paved the way for
faster creation of administrative courts.
