The rapid progression of technology has significantly impacted various aspects of human life, including the financial sector. The objective of this research is to explore the factors that influence the enactment of mobile payment systems, with a particular emphasis on the Palestinian setting. It is crucial to comprehend these factors in order to implement and utilize these technologies effectively. The adoption rates in Palestine, obstacles and challenges, and strategies to promote technology acceptance were all analyzed. Through an analysis of previous scholarly investigations and empirical studies, this article provides substantial insights into the present condition of technology adoption as it pertains to mobile payments in Palestine. According to the conclusion of the report, the adoption of mobile payments is reliant on variables including mitigate security risks, promote standardization, strengthen merchant acceptance, enhance infrastructure, and foster consumer confidence.
