The study aimed to examine the extent to which generative AI applications are utilized and their relationship to students' learning motivation in Palestinian universities. The researchers employed a descriptive-correlational approach and administered a questionnaire to a sample of 370 students from Palestine Technical University and Al-Istiqlal University during the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year. The instrument comprised two dimensions: the utilization of generative AI and learning motivation. The results revealed high levels of both generative AI utilization and student learning motivation, alongside a statistically significant positive correlation between the two variables. Furthermore, no significant differences were found based on gender, academic specialization, or year of study.
