The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of effectiveness of decision-making among volleyball coaches in the premier league in Palestine as perceived by the players, in addition to know the best domain of the domains contributes to the effectiveness of decision-making among volleyball coaches, and to determine the differences in the effectiveness of decision-making according to playing experience and player participation variables. To achieve that, the study was conducted on a random sample consisting of (57) volleyball players from the premier league volleyball clubs. To collect data, (Faeel, 2013) scale was applied after revising, modifying and conducting its validity and reliability coefficients, and SPSS was used for the data analysis.

Based on the study findings, the researchers recommended that the volleyball coaches should focus on their leadership behaviors and planning during training and competitions.
