This study aimed to identify the leadership patterns among the teachers of Mathematics in the Northern West Bank governorates (Tulkarem, Nablus, Jenin and Qalqilya). To achieve this goal, the study has been conducted on a sample that consisted of (185) male and female teachers of Mathematics for the upper basic stage (7th, 8th and 9th grades).
The researcher used the Descriptive Approach through one of its survey forms due to its appropriateness to the study’s goals. Jamal Ali Scale for Leadership Patterns (2007) was used after which the data was collected and analyzed using the SPSS software.
The results of the study have shown that the degree of commonness of leadership patterns on the total scope of the democratic pattern was large and came with a percentage of (72.20%), while the degree of commonness of the leadership patterns on the total scope of the dictatorial pattern was moderate with a percentage of (64.20%). The degree of commonness of the leadership patterns on the total scope of the anarchist pattern was very little with a percentage of (44.20%).
