Dr. Amer Ahmed Abdullah Al-Qubbaj: Born in Nablus on 29\7\1966. A resident of the town of Anabta and was a student of its schools. He had a Bachelor’s degree in History and Archeology (1997), and a Master’s degree in Moroccan and Andalusian Islamic History from An-Najah National University, Nablus-Palestine in 2003. He worked as Director of the Directorate of Tourism and Antiquities in Qalqilya, Tulkarm, and Jenin (1996-2011). He had a doctorate degree in Moroccan and Andalusian history from Alexandria University, Egypt (2010). He began his work at An-Najah National University as a full-time assistant professor in 2011. In addition to his teaching duties, he held some administrative duties: Head of the Department of Tourism and Antiquities, Coordinator of the Master of History Program, and Member of the Council of the College of Humanities (2014-2017).
He obtained the rank of Associate Professor (2019). He has some published books, as well as dozens of research works in his field of specialization and other fields, published in local, Arab and international peer-reviewed scientific journals.
