Noor Adas started her career at An-Najah in 2014. She teaches Criminal Law courses in the BA program. Noor obtained her Masters degree in Judicial Studies at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi in 2014, ,and her Phd in law from the University of Carthage in Tunisia In 2019 Specializes in economic criminal law .
At An-Najah University, in addition to teaching, Noor has worked as a legal researcher and data collector for the EU project that recently developed two Masters programs at An-Najah, Birzeit and Al-Quds universities. In addition to deepening her legal knowledge, this research experience has taught her about interactions with varied segments in both academic and private sectors. Her current research foci include the legal management and regulation of organ transplants and also, the criminal responsibility for business and legal entities as a result of money laundering crimes.
Noor finds teaching at An-Najah very enjoyable, as she seeks to help build the capacity of her students and their critical thinking abilities. She employs student-centered approach in her teaching to invite students to take responsibility for their own learning. In the future, she hopes to become a prolific writer in the field of legal studies. Her other interests include volunteering and providing legal assistance to the members of her own community as well as across the Arab world, at large.Download CV
